It's that time again - we've another Activity Check underway! Be sure to peek in and check out the requirements as soon as possible; part of the process this time around also involves Jump information. New accounts are reminded to get their profiles up promptly - these can count as your IC posts this time around.
We've also begun taking nominations and category suggestions for Corus Votes '09. Care to help us out?

As a large amount of Jump planning is soon to be underway, it is crucial that you respond to the necessary threads sooner, rather than later. Anyone with a squire should check out this thread if they have not already done so, and all characters need to take a peek here. Adminny things will be done this weekend, so keep an eye out for that as well.

May war leave is now in affect. Knights on leave may post in Corus once more. Also, check the thread in the Bulletin if your character has a April or May birthday.
Let's take a moment to remember Prince Zarian, who passes into the hands of the Black God before the month of May comes to an end. It's been a long time coming - so long that, unfortunately, we are quite pleased to see him go ^.-
May he rest in peace. Or not.
He'll probably be more entertaining if he doesn't.

Aeriel's applications makes good progress. Have to typewrite the parts I wrote by hand and need to invent something for her background. Oh, and still nobody answered the question, whether this character is still needed: "_____ ________, Dog - submitted by Nate Baker ∙ Nate's partner in the Lower City Evening Watch ∙ Female, preferably ∙ A bit of a contrast to Nate's affable personality ∙ Around 27-32 years of age"

If the character is still on the Canon List, then it is still needed.
I would suggest making an account and PMing Nate Baker to ask if s/he has any special requests. Or, if you're feeling ambitious and want to read some of his profile to see if his partner is mentioned anywhere, that would also be a good way of getting information. As long as you stay within the guidelines listed there, though, you should be ok--usually if they have special requests they will say something like "See profile for more details" or "PM for more details."

Oh, sorry. So then I ask a (hopefully last) question (for now): Would my character be alowed to have the gift? (a really small one, couldn't do more than light a candle/fire and make magic light)
