Aside from my little notice that for a short while I may be a little sporadic in appearing on here, I wanted to post this up before I forget:

I just bought my plane tickets for my trip to Germany. So I'll be there from July 23rd to August 7th (though technically the 8th because I get home real late and there is a very slim chance I'll want to get online after all those flights). I'll have internet access in Germany, but I doubt I'll get on because Beate's internet connection is crap and I'd rather spend time with her and be out doing stuff.

You're most welcome to have a holiday but you'll break my heart if you don't come back ^^;;

Yep, I've got about a week now. I will be sure to chronicle my adventures. And buy lots of rum-kugeln... aka RUM TRUFFLES OMG BEST THINGS ON EARTH <3333

Yep. The way it sounds we're going to spend a lot of time in the Potsdam area where she lives, and we're going to catch a train or two and visit some other cities. Dresden is top on the list. Maybe if we feel real adventurous we'll go to Poland... but her friend Kevin once told me the only things in Poland are pottery and cheap cigarettes. lmao.

Sounds like you'll have loads of fun. But, as good as your rum truffles seem, I think I'll stick the Belgian chocolate/carmel goodies my dad picks up when he goes there. Or used to go there, I should say, xp.
