With some help from some fantastically lovely people in the Chatango (-makes serious effort to not say "cbox"-) I've finally put up a character biography/application and figured I'd say hi while I wait and hope for acceptance. =)

I actually recall seeing Corus about a month ago through an affiliate thing on another site, but it wasn't until I actually got advertised to personally through RPGC that I decided to really take a good, hard look at it and, as you can see, end up joining.

Everything looks lovely though, so hopefully I'm making the right decision and hopefully I won't disappoint such an obviously talented group of writers. ^^

I love side-plotting and scheming, so if anyone ever feels like cooking something up then don't hesitate to ask. Also, I've never read any of these books so if you see me doing something horrendously terrible as far as the world is concerned, scream at me or.. something. D:

As far as everyone being helpful, it's something I'm learning very, very quickly. It's a breath of fresh air to come onto a site with so many strong writers and still find that they aren't a bunch of jerks to an obviously clueless newcomer. ♥

I love the Olympics! Sports hate me and I hate them but I think that a bunch of the sports are really awesome to watch. So there's my two cents.

I don't hate sports altogether. I'm a huuuge ice hockey/NHL fan, for instance. I've just never really sat down and watched the Olympics so I've never gotten into them, I guess. Maybe I'll try to change that this year – probably not. (;

This is Kim, and I've got Issabel. She'd love to thread with Zahidah but I owe a million replies right now, and she refuses to go near the temple (unless she wants to beg some healing from them, which would work, but it'd be last resort and we still have the problem of I'm shite with replies atm).

That being said, if no one else jumps in I can do it but I'd just be really unreliable with replies. I'm so glad that you joined, that post is amazing. I love that you've got a believable reaction to Zahidah by the Corus-dwellers!

Welcome!! Yeah, Corus has got some great people here and there's usually something interesting going on in the cbox... typically during the "Aussie/scapegoat hours"... *COUGH*

As far as Olympics... last night at the lake we watched the men's gymnastics. Wowza. We also watched Michael Phelp's 400m race... I swear, that man's children are going to pop out with fins. It's amazing he doesn't have them. This morning I didn't really catch anything interesting. Men's water polo (who plays that? that's as random as curling..), men's volleyball and women's badminton. The badminton was kind of interesting to watch. HOCKEY. I like hockey. I don't keep up with the NHL much, but we have a hockey team here in town and it's always fun to go to those.

Uhmm.. hm. I play Emma, Luke and Brynjá... not sure if any of them would have something to do with Zahidah. Emma and Brynjá probably don't hit up the temples much, and I'm sure if Luke got near a temple he'd get stuff thrown at him. lol.

Hello. I'm Victoria. I play Elonia Doe and Morun Whiteford. I haven't finish Morun, but I'm working on it. I'm not really good at the intro stuff. You are welcome to post with me. I would love that. It would be interesting to see Morun and Zahidah together. They might have an interesting conversation. -shrugs- Who knows? Elonia is the common pick to visit the temples. She is friends with the priestess of the Mother Goddess.

As for the Olympics, I love watching them. It's interesting. I love watching all the events. The swimming is the best though. Maybe the volleyball too. I don't know. I can't pick.

Yes. You can have more than one thread at a time. I usually like one or two going at the same time. It's a little slow going at the moment. I have been thinking of posting to your thread at the temple.
